He is an award-winning director and an active music producer. He is an internationally acclaimed vocal technique, performance and acting coach. His clients have won Grammies, Emmys, Tony Awards and have been nominated for Academy Awards and Golden Globes. His singers have recorded on Sony, BMG, J Records, DreamWorks, Warner Bros. and more. Memel is frequently asked to lecture at conferences and universities, including the TAXI Road Rally, the Independent Music Conference, UCLA, USC graduate film dept., Nashville Music Conference and Musician’s Institute as well as numerous international programs. He is also an active entrepreneur, creating new products and services through his company Memel Corp.
