Eion Bailey has not received any gifts yet
Eion created Imagine This! as a way to blend his passion for performance, world cultures, and travel into one a project that reminds us of the power one small change can have on the world.
Eion Bailey has catapulted from character roles in “Fight Club” and “Almost Famous” to leading man status opposite Antonio Banderas in HBOs “And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself”. Eion was nominated for a Golden Satellite award and hailed by critics for a “beautifully understated performance that brings a striking balance to the piece”. The movie’s legendary writer-producer Larry Gelbart of M.A.S.H. fame was quoted in Variety as saying “ I see Eion as a reincarnation of Henry Fonda. He’s physically attractive and exudes an effortless sincerity, he has the whole actors ball of wax”.
In September 2003, Variety Magazine honored Bailey as one of the top ten emerging actors to watch and his “effortless sincerity” has caught the eye of some of Hollywoods most talented directors including David Fincher, Cameron Crowe, and Steven Spielberg. The ability to be so easily believable as someone with a strong since of morality is what put Eion on the top of the list as a finalist for Christopher Nolan’s “Batman”. In HBO’s “Band of Brothers” the Golden Globe and Emmy award winning WWII mini-series, Eion played a poet soldier who was caught between a fierce desire to do what is right for man and country but railed against the hypocrisy so intrinsic to war. His performance was so authentic and honest that American soldiers fighting today made special requests to have Eion and a few of their favorite characters from the series travel throughout the Middle East and Asia on two separate USO tours.
Since then, he has appeared in Showtime's original movie, “Sexual Life”, where he was voted the prestigious ‘breakthrough performance of the year award’ by audience members of The Phoenix International Film Festival after only twenty minutes of screen time.
Eion joined the cast of ER for half a season, and was recognized by People Magazine as one of the Fifty Most Eligible Bachelors of 2005 and US magazine named Eion and his cast mate Maura Tierney as one of the sexiest couples on television. Eion has since starred opposite Ellen Pompeo in the television movie “Life of the Party”, for which he was awarded his first Emmy for ‘Outstanding Performance in a ‘Youth or Family Special’.
On stage, Eion has appeared in numerous plays, most notably as Alan Strang in the psychological masterpiece “Equus” at the state theatre of California in Pasadena. In this daring role that requires an on stage mental breakdown and prolonged full nudity, critics once again found Eion’s performance to be remarkable. Variety called him “excellent as Strang” Hollywood Reporter “expert” and Drama Logue noted that “his performance moves to a profoundly moving cresendo by plays end”.
Bailey will next be seen in ABC's Once Upon a Time. For a full list of credits www.imdb.com.

About the site...it's streamlined and is easy to navigate. When I first logged on it, I was looking to vote for Donald Skow's idea (the Haiti safe-house). Just a small suggestion...you might consider making the link to "vote for an episode idea" more eye-catching or prominent on the home page. Not that it took me very long to find, but maybe you could simply make the words in larger font and then set them in a colored box like a button.
Ahh, Zuma beach. What was it like to grow up in the Malibu area? One Saturday at Zuma, I had three dolphins swim right up to my board to say hello to me. The hills and canyons around Malibu are such fun to explore, too.
We are going to be getting together Saturday to discuss possibilities and concepts for the episode.
I love the concept of "bread mountain" and am thinking in that style for what the Greyhound episode can be based upon.
Sorry I have been a little slow on getting back to you. But I had a few setbacks come up.
